Venezuelan empanadas, made with corn flour and filled with either cheese, shredded beef, or chicken, deliciously seasoned with Venezuela stew.

1.- Choose oil of your preference and fill a large skillet with enough oil to fully submerge empanadas.

2.- Heat oil on medium-high heat.

3.- Once hot, place frozen empanadas in the skillet and cook for approximately 8 minutes, flipping occasionally until all sides are golden brown. Drain with paper towel to remove excess oil before serving.
