Cocktail-sized Colombian empanadas, made with corn dough and filled with either cheese, ground beef and potatoes, or chicken and potatoes, deliciously seasoned with Colombian stew.

1.- Choose oil of your preference and fill a large skillet with enough oil to fully submerge empanadas.

2.- Heat oil on medium-high heat.

3.- Once hot, place frozen empanadas in a skillet and cook for approximately three and a half minutes, flipping occasionally until all sides are golden brown. Drain with paper towel to remove excess oil before serving.
